    Henry Huffman. Henry Huffman was certainly the John Henry Hoffman of Brother Gottschalk's report in 1748, brother of Matthew Hoffman of Bethlehem, PA. He is not to be confused (as has been done in the past) with John Hoffman of the 1714 Colony, who moved to the neighborhood of the Lutheran group about 1729, and is said to have founded "Hoffman's Chapel" of the Reformed
