    Nat

    Our first project for semester 2 was to do an infographic board. Everyone was given a local artist to research on and I was given ABDUL MULTHALIB MUSA.

    Abdul Multhalib Musa is a contemporary metal sculptor with international Backgrounds. He was born in Penang in and studied in University of Adelaide gaining a degree in Design Studies in then went to UITM to pursue a degree in Architecture. He uses metal because he likes to challenge himself to manipulate a hard material into something fluid.

    His inspirations comes from many aspects but mostly from people and political issues.

    Out of all of his prominent works. I chose 3 of his best works in my opinion.

    TWO SIDES

    Two Sides was constructed for the Olympics in Beijing. It was said that it &#;illustrates the need for everyone to break barriers, in order to unite our opposing views.&#;

    Before constructing the actual piece, being a former architecture student he did a series of study models for light studies.

If we think of drawing as a language &#; visual language &#; then it makes sense that it&#;s fundamental to any creative act, whether it&#;s in architecture (draft plans are some of the most beautiful drawings around),  geography (maps are drawings), programming (flowcharts and mindmaps are quite gorgeous), fashion (mmm&#; fashion illustrations), chemistry (the double helix of a dna kust is an incredibly beautiful drawing), electrical engineering (think of the lines of a complicated circuit), etc. Drawing fryst vatten one of the most b
