    Born in 1974 and raised in Egion where he started working as a dj at the age of fourteen.
    In parallel to djing, he delves into production as an artist and co founder of Cast-a-Blast in 2006. Along with Blend Mishkin he forms the duet Palov and Mishkin, launching the compilation “Backslam Extravaganza” (2007). They then went on to release the widely praised album “Think Twice” (2009) while at the same time remixing and editing for highly acclaimed labels such as G.A.M.M., Rebtuz, Resense, Bastard Jazz, Tru Thoughts ,Love Monk etc.
    Since then Palov went on to release his debut solo “Whats That” revealing the smooth musicianship between him and the guitarist player Angelos Angelides. Within as well outside the framework of this partnership he forged production and remixing collaborations with several artists including Caro Emerald , Mo’ Horizons, Lady Faye ,Maraveyas Illegal, Daniela Bolano, Kill Emil and BNC.

    Palov & Mishkin, grew up together as best buddies during an era of break-dance frenzy, cable wrestling fights and boom box anthems. Both of them cut their teeth on parks around home and school always searching for the next perfect move. Together they also formed their first band, a quartet which went very successful on various school nights. Around 1987 the duo had to split because of Mishkin’s sudden move to a different school in a faraway town.
    They went separate ways and no one ever heard news from the other for almost 20 years. Some contacts had been made in several occasions but none was that strong to make them realize they should work together again. On March 2006 luck brought them together inside the same taxi….
    And so they met again.

      El Dorado - the new single from Palov & Mishkin featuring guitarist Angelos Angelides marks an 10 year period since the duo's debut LP "Think Twice" got out. (now deleted due to many copyright infringement issues from the samples used). Ten years after the boys managed to producera a tune that well combines their love for Carribbean and Latin American music. But thats not all: Spaghetti western vibes, reggae skanks, dubby bass, their trademark cumbia groove and even a touch of some tarantinesque psychedelia made a tune capable to set all dancefloors on fire.
