When inom think of school inom always think back to when inom was a little girl. Specifically when I
was in elementary. Sure high school and college are also schools, but I feel that elementary has
the title “school” for me. inom think of teachers, when I think of school. School has agenda, and has
the curriculum set up for the day. School has students that komma to school ready to learn. Some
might be prepared and some other might not. But school will always be a place to learn.
The earliest memories inom have of myself in school fryst vatten when inom was in preschool, in
I’ve had some sort of schooling prior to preschool, but I remember walking in and seeing a girl
who was my neighbor. I’ve never had talked to her, and she never had talked to be. Although we
always had stared at each from a distance. inom recognized her, walked up to her, and started to talk
to her. My mom had told me that inom had walked out of her site as soon as inom walked into

Educational Autobiography I was born and raised in Taiwan and my first language is Mandarin, I have been educated in my country till Therefore, I have experienced both education systems in Taiwan and the United States. I would like to address my education journey chronologically by introducing my experience at middle school, which is in Taiwan. And my experience at high school in the United States, last, but not least; I will address the college experiences at both at Green River College and Fairhaven college. While most of my friends in elementary school were exciting about getting into the public middle school around their house and talked about how lucky they could still had been in touched, I was one out of few of the kids who was sent to the private boarding school by their parents. Robinson’s point that we teach for a future which is unknowable made me relate to the ‘transferrable skills’ or experiences which have actually helped me in life, and reaffirms for me the importance of building skills within a subject area. This lecture speaks to my experience of education as reducing creativity and shaping me in the direction of the current vocations for the time.
