My Journey Through the Best Presidential Biographies
I want to thank you for saving me time by rating the multiple biographies of Presidents. Based on your highest rated recommendation I started with Washington through Jackson.
Then I decided to go in reverse but have no interest in Obamas biographies of himself, I did read So Help Me God by Pence to better understand Trump, and have read Bush, Clinton, Bush, Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon and now in Caro’s multi volume series, as you said a fascinating and entertaining personality.
i believe the American public , citizens and immigrants and interested readers in other countries deserve the detail of Caro’s approach to a biography. I love it! The detailed diversion to explain Sam Rayburn is a wonderful foundation to understand Johnson’s future actions.
please read and rate King George (), Napoleon, The French Revolution, next tier Politicians below the Presidents that were supremely consequential in American History such as Sam

My Journey Through the Best Presidential Biographies
At last count Ive read over 20 biographies on presidents and I have a few comments on your list and ratings.
I see that Chernows book on Washington got 5 stars, the most of any bio. I have not read the book but inom did read his bio on Alexander Hamilton and it was great. So I imagine that Washington is also well done too but the best bio inom read so far was Remenis 3 volume set on Andrew Jackson which you rated as stars. I cannot see Chernows work or anyone elses work surpassing the Remini effort. inom actually read the 3 volumes twice and you feel like you lived the like of Jackson.
I just finished the Harding bio Shadow Grove. It is on your list. I recommend skimming through the first part of the book until you get to the Convention, but dont start seriously reading until after convention.
Bully Pulpit was great again you felt like you lived in the lives of both TR and Taft and the way Kerns juxtaposition bo
